HR Health Check

To enable us to ensure we provide maximum value, we can undertake an HR Health Check to understand your business, your existing HR policies, procedures and documentation and the challenges you face. From this health check we make recommendations for action, categorised as ‘Must do’, ‘Should do’ and ‘Could do’ to meet legislative requirements and improve business performance. From this, a plan for how we can best work with you is jointly developed. This may include production or updating of your Contracts of Employment, an Employee Handbook, HR policies and procedures.
