Jenny Shaw is Director of Cognosco HR and is an experienced HR professional with extensive experience in corporate and SME environments.
Following a 15 year career in the telecommunications industry with BT including Senior Programme Management and General Management roles, Jenny founded Cognosco HR in 2001 as an independent HR consultancy specializing in support for SME’s.
She was appointed a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in 2010 and is an experienced Trainer, Coach and Facilitator.
